Zhong Cheng Development Pte Ltd (ZCD) was established in 2004, we started off with small-scale sub-contracting and general contracting works. ZCD has since evolved into a specialized building contractor handling residential, mixed development, industrial and commercial projects. ZCD’s activities include reinforced concrete and structural works, services with formwork, rebar, scaffolding and other construction machinery.
ZCD and other companies owned by major shareholder, Mr Zhong Liu, are sub-contractors for Straits Construction and other large construction companies like TeamBuild and Chip Eng Seng.
